The Origin Of The House
For years, I followed the conventional playbook: accumulating academic degrees and meeting rigid corporate expectations. But a turning point arrived when I realized that true success required a conscious choice of how I actually wanted to live.
Pilates became my tool to reconnect with physical anatomy, slow food anchored my connection to culture, and art awakened my creative intellect. Together, these distinct disciplines proved that we are never meant to be just one single thing.
I spent years searching for an external sense of structure, only to realize that true alignment comes from cultivating peace within your own mechanics. House of Romina was born from that exact clarity. It is a premium digital and physical sanctuary carefully designed to help you reclaim your own path to intentional living.

The Science & The Method

The Brain-Body Axis
I have always been fascinated by human existence and its deeper meaning, a curiosity that originally led me to study the brain extensively. Holding a degree in Cognitive Neuroscience, I look at well-being through a highly scientific, yet deeply intuitive lens.
Having experienced a profound disconnect with my own body in the past, I know firsthand that the body is remarkably malleable, perfectly mirroring the highly adaptive nature of the brain.
I discovered Pilates twice: once before Covid, and again during my own physical rehabilitation. That second time, it stuck. It was my firsthand proof that the mind and body are truly a connected unit, and that structural restoration is always possible.
In 2025, I took a leap of faith to become a certified STOTT PILATES® instructor. By bridging brain science with advanced physical movement, I help my clients understand exactly how their nervous system interacts with their skeleton. Utilizing this contemporary, evidence-informed approach to anatomy and biomechanics, I dismantle chronic tension and fear of movement, empowering you to master your own body.

My Vision For Aligned Living
My mission is to help you build a sustainable, resilient relationship with your body and your daily life through the harmony of safe movement, conscious nourishment, and creative spaces. By providing focused, one-on-one attention, whether inside the studio, at the coastline, or in the comfort of your own home, I meet you exactly where you are to make true well-being approachable and supportive.
As a lifelong student, I am constantly keeping pace with the latest scientific research to bring the highest quality of care to my practice. I envision House of Romina as an evolving ecosystem for continuous growth. My ultimate goal is to build a home where a Pilates session inspires you to bake artisanal bread, a fermentation workshop sparks connection to culture, and a painting evokes a forgotten memory. As we expand into retreats and creative collaborations, we invite you to join a community that values slowing down, creating with our hands, and finding beauty in the everyday.
