House of Romina
Last updated: 01/10/2026
By purchasing a Pilates package, requesting a workshop reservation, purchasing artwork, or utilizing services through House of Romina, you agree to the following terms and conditions under Dutch law.
1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
1.1 Private 1:1 sessions, complimentary initial intakes, and mentor packages are requested via email. Bookings are finalized once secure checkout is completed via our online payment page.
1.2 Public masterclasses and workshops are requested via the workshop reservation form.
1.3 Bespoke group events, customized corporate sessions, and special art commissions are arranged via email or our contact page and are quoted individually.
1.4 A seat, package, or event is only fully locked into the calendar once payment has been successfully processed, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
1.5 Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
1.6 Clients must inform House of Romina of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or physical limitations that may affect participation.
2. COMPLIMENTARY INTAKES & PRIVATE PILATES
2.1 Every new 1:1 private client must complete a complimentary 60-minute initial intake and postural alignment analysis before beginning standard movement packages.
2.3 Sessions are tailored to individual joint mechanics and may include Springboard Pilates, mat Pilates, conscious breathwork, and neuro-centric movement education.
2.4 House of Romina reserves the right to refuse physical participation if it is reasonably believed a movement poses a safety or health risk to the client.
2.5 Custom programs, biomechanical corrections, and nervous system coaching are educational and supportive; they are not a replacement for professional medical treatment or rehabilitation.
3. PILATES BUNDLES & EXPIRATION POLICIES
3.1 All personal commitment packages must be paid in full upfront prior to scheduling sessions.
3.2 To protect your movement momentum and neural habit progression, packages carry a strict expiration timeline:
-
The 3-Session Mentor Intensive: Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
-
The Foundational Package (5x Sessions): Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
-
The Aligned Package (10x Sessions): Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
3.3 Unused credits expire automatically after the validity period window closes. Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.4 Private packages are strictly personal and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.
4. PRIVATE GATHERINGS & BESPOKE EVENTS
4.1 Custom group sessions, corporate reset days, and hybrid beach Pilates events are offered by inquiry only.
4.2 A private booking is officially confirmed once structural details are agreed upon in writing and your custom calculated group payment has been processed online.
4.3 Pricing is based on group size, duration, and custom elements. Organizers utilize our preferred group rate layout and process their collective balance based on the agreed formula (e.g., €55 x number of guests) with a strict minimum requirement of 5 participants (or a flat-rate equivalent).
4.4 Cancellations or changes to a confirmed group event must be requested in writing. Because studio preparation, time blocking, and catering logistics are involved, specific cancellation fees outlined in your custom agreement will apply.
5. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS (1:1 SESSIONS)
5.1 Private 1:1 studio or in-home sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
5.2 Sessions cancelled, changed, or moved with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full and deducted from your package balance.
5.3 Failure to attend a scheduled session without any notice ("no-show") results in the immediate loss of the session credit.
6. CULINARY FERMENTATION & LIFESTYLE WORKSHOPS
6.1 Public masterclasses (Sourdough and Kimchi) require a strict minimum threshold of 3 participants to run.
6.2 Seats are provisionally held upon form request. Final payment links (Mollie/Tikkie) are only issued 48 hours before the event once the 3-person circle is complete.
6.3 Public masterclass groups are strictly capped at a maximum of 6 participants to ensure an intimate, hands-on experience.
6.4 Workshop tickets are non-refundable once paid. If a participant is suddenly unable to attend, their registration may be transferred to a friend or someone on the studio waiting list with prior written notice.
6.5 House of Romina reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop due to insufficient registrations (fewer than 3 people), illness, or force majeure. In these rare cases, participants will receive an immediate full refund or a priority transfer to the next available date.
7. FINE ARTWORK
7.1 Art prints and original paintings remain the perpetual intellectual property of House of Romina and are protected under international copyright law. Sales or rentals do not transfer reproduction rights.
7.2 Selected original artworks may be available for rent. The renter is legally responsible for taking meticulous care of the art piece. Any structural damage or loss beyond standard atmospheric wear will result in complete repair or full replacement costs charged to the renter.
7.3 Original artwork sales, customized framing requests, and commissioned canvas works are final.
8. HEALTH, LIABILITY & APPLICABLE LAW
8.1 Participation in all physical movement, breathing practices, and culinary sampling is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
8.2 House of Romina does not provide medical diagnoses or medical rehabilitation services. Clients are responsible for consulting their physician regarding physical limitations.
8.4 House of Romina shall not be held liable for personal injuries, physical accidents, or theft of personal property within the studio space, except where liability cannot be legally excluded under Dutch law.
8.5 These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any structural disputes arising from these services shall be submitted directly to the competent court in the Netherlands.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
9.1 Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during workshops or events.
9.2 Such material will only be used for promotional purposes with the participant's prior consent.
