By booking a Pilates session, attending a workshop, purchasing/renting artwork, or purchasing digital products through House of Romina, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
 
1. BOOKINGS​
​
1.1 Private one on one sessions, free intake, welcome bundles, and all other Pilates bundles can be arranged via email. 
​​
1.2 Bookings for group events and special requests for artwork can be arranged via contact form or email. 

 

1.3 Bookings for workshops can be arranged via the workshop registration form.
​
1.4 Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
​
1.5 Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
​
1.6 Clients must inform House of Romina of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or physical limitations that may affect participation.
​
2. PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS
​
2.1 Private sessions are tailored to the individual and may include mat Pilates, Springboard Pilates, mobility work, and movement education.​
​
2.3 House of Romina reserves the right to refuse participation if it is believed that participation may pose a risk to the client's health or safety.

2.4 Customized programs are not a replacement for existing medical conditions.

3. BUNDLE PACKAGES
​
3.1 Bundle packages must be paid in full prior to use.
​
3.2 Unless otherwise stated, session packages remain valid for a period of 3 or 6 months (depending on the package type) from the date of purchase.
​
3.3 Unused sessions expire after the validity period and cannot be refunded.
​
3.4 Bundle packages are personal and may not be transferred to another individual.

4. SPECIAL EVENTS

4.1 Special events and customised group sessions are tailored to the client's specific request and are therefore offered by enquiry only.
 
4.2 A booking is confirmed once the details have been agreed upon in writing and any required deposit or payment has been received.
 
4.3 Pricing is based on the type of event, group size, location, duration and any additional requests. Any venue hire, travel expenses or other agreed costs will be communicated in advance and may be added to the final quotation.

4. 4 Cancellations or changes to a confirmed booking must be requested as early as possible. As preparation and scheduling are involved, cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period provided. The applicable cancellation terms will be included in the event quotation or agreement.

4. 5 House of Romina reserves the right to decline or discontinue a booking if the requested activity falls outside the scope of the services offered or if circumstances make it unsafe or impractical to deliver the event.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
​
5.1 Private sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
​
5.2 Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
​
5.3 Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice ("no-show") will result in the loss of the session credit or full session fee.
​
5.4 In exceptional circumstances, House of Romina may choose to waive cancellation fees at its sole discretion. In either case, communication in due time is expected from clients.

6. WORKSHOPS
​
6.1 Workshops can be booked via the registration form. Workshop registrations are confirmed upon payment. 
​
6.2 Workshops can be booked individually or for up to 12 people depending on the type of workshop being booked.
 
6.3 Workshop fees are generally non-refundable. 
​
6.4 If a participant is unable to attend, the registration may be transferred to another person in the waiting list without prior approval. 
​
6.5 House of Romina reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient registrations, illness, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure.
​
6.6 In the event of cancellation by House of Romina, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
​
7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ONLINE PROGRAMS
​
7.1 Access to digital products, online courses, videos, and downloadable materials is granted after payment.
​
7.2 Digital products are intended for personal use only.
​
7.3 Sharing, reproducing, copying, distributing, or reselling content is strictly prohibited.
​
7.4 Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.
​
8. ARTWORK
​
8.1 Selected artworks may be available for rent. Rental terms, duration, pricing and any applicable deposit will be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the rental period.
​
8.2 The renter is responsible for taking reasonable care of the artwork during the rental period. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement costs.

8. 4 All artwork remains the intellectual property of House of Romina and is protected by copyright law.
​
8.5 The purchase or rental of an artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or permission to reproduce, distribute or commercially use the artwork in any form.
​
8.6 Commissioned artworks are subject to a separate written agreement outlining the scope of work, timeline, revisions and pricing.
​
8.7 Original artwork sales and commissioned works are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8.9 House of Romina reserves the right to refuse rental requests or recall rented artwork in the event of a breach of the rental agreement.​
​
9. HEALTH & SAFETY
​
9.1 Participation in all movement-based activities is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.
​
9.2 Clients remain responsible for consulting a physician or qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical conditions that may affect participation.
​
9.3 House of Romina does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation services.
​
9.4 Participants must immediately inform the instructor if they experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or other concerns during a session.
​​
10. LIABILITY
​​
10.1 Participation in Pilates sessions, workshops, online programs, and events is at the participant's own risk.
​
10.2 House of Romina shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, losses, damages, or theft of personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under Dutch law.
​
10.3 House of Romina is not responsible for outcomes resulting from participants applying information provided through workshops, educational materials, or online content.
​
11. PRICES & PAYMENT
​
11.1 All prices are listed in euros (€).
​
11.2 House of Romina reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
​
11.3 The price applicable at the time of booking or purchase remains valid for that booking or purchase.
​
11.4 Invoices must be paid within the stated payment term.
​
12. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
​
12.1 Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during workshops or events.
​
12.2 Such material will only be used for promotional purposes with the participant's prior consent.
​
13. FORCE MAJEURE
​
13.1 House of Romina shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, government restrictions, natural disasters, internet failures, or other force majeure events.
​
14. APPLICABLE LAW
​
14.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
​
14.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
